For the past nine years, I have been companies thrive using user-centered and UX design. As a UX and Service Design consultant at Fjord, he's advised big enterprises from many sectors on how to improve their services and experiences. I also worked to improve the digital experience of the portal at Yahoo! LATAM. Other contributions and projects include companies like Avianca, Santander, C6 Bank, Bradesco, Tumblr, United Health Group, and TIM.
